Focus:

• Managed stakeholder engagement and a portfolio of over 45 public institutions including major cultural institutions, regional and Western Sydney gallery sector and artist run initiatives across New South Wales
• Managed the touring program of visual art, craft and design to communities across Australia
• Worked with key stakeholders including state and local government, sector representatives and funding agencies to build capacity, increase access and participation and provide leadership
• Delivered sector programs, training, conferences, seminars and audience development programs across the state
• Development of strategic initiatives across the regional gallery sector
• Administered and delivered grant programs across the state
• Undertook, developed and delivered research programs including strategic audience evaluation studies.

Achievements:

• Developed excellent working relationships across the NSW cultural sector and government
• Successfully advocated on behalf of the regional gallery sector
• Initiated New South Wales Cultural Treasures: Great Collections touring nationally
• Initiated and delivered Leading from the Edge: 2005 National Public Galleries Summit
